Coach Education: CAF/ MFA License-D course completed
Coach Education is paramount in building the future of football. In fact, with the development of local football at grassroot level being at the heart of the MFA’s mission, the technical department of the football association hosted a CAF/MFA License-D coaching course which started in March 2022.
Moreover, the MFA was particularly animated last Saturday, 16th of April 2022 with the Grassroot Festival. Young talents from different regions of the island participated in the life skill grassroot festival which gave the opportunity to the aspiring coaches who had just completed the CAF/ MFA License-D course to impart their knowledge to the young footballers in their respective regions
These 60 hours of training have been insightful and informative for the participants looking to improve their approach to coaching. The CAF/ MFA license-D coaching course was conducted by the Technical Director, Mr. Zunaid Mall, and assisted by Coach Educators/Instructors Anielle Collet, Kersley Levrai and Jairzinho L’effronte. The next Coaching programme will now include the CAF License-B and License-C refresher course.
